- Attendee credits are reserved until the event is settled.
- Host earnings, platform charges and bank payouts are recorded separately.
- Mandatory refund and consumer rights take priority over event rules.
1Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HayatHub platform, including our websites, apps, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2Who can use HayatHub
You must have the legal capacity required for your use of the Services. An account is not permission for a minor to enter a paid contract. A parent or lawful guardian must approve and supervise a minor’s paid registration or event hosting where required. An organization’s representative must be authorized to act for it.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Keep your password confidential and secure your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3What HayatHub provides
Hosts create and deliver events. HayatHub provides event pages, registration, internal credits and payment administration. Under the current organizer agreement, HayatHub sells event tickets directly; this does not remove the host’s duty to deliver the event or HayatHub’s own mandatory obligations as seller and service provider.
Attendee credits are reserved for the registration. After the event ends and settlement is completed, the host’s net earnings are credited to the host wallet after applicable platform deductions. A wallet credit is not a completed bank payout.
4Host responsibilities
If you create or manage an event (a “host”), you are solely responsible for that event and its content.
- Describe your event accurately, including date, location, price, and what attendees receive.
- Deliver the event as described and comply with all applicable laws, permits, and safety requirements.
- Set and clearly communicate your registration, cancellation, and refund rules within the limits of these Terms.
- Handle attendee data responsibly and only for the purpose of running your event.
5Attendee responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when registering for an event.
- Follow the host’s rules and any venue or safety requirements.
- Understand that the host — not HayatHub — is responsible for delivering the event.
6Kran credits & your wallet
Kran is an internal prepaid accounting unit for event registrations and platform services, referenced at 100 Kran per US dollar for pricing calculations. It is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, an interest-bearing deposit or a promise to exchange at a fixed bank rate. A top-up fee of 0% currently applies.
Before paying, review the actual currency amount, exchange quote, credited Kran and separately disclosed charges. Iranian bank transactions are recorded in rials (IRR); any toman display must be clearly labeled (1 toman = 10 rials). The pricing reference does not replace the recorded transaction’s currency value.
Purchased credits, promotional credits and host earnings are distinct. Credits cannot be transferred between users. Only eligible settled host earnings follow the withdrawal process; this is not a general cash-out service for wallet top-ups. Statutory refunds and outstanding financial claims remain available through support.
7Prices, fees & commission
The current commission on paid registrations is 6%. The attendee cancellation fee is 5%, the top-up fee is 0%, and the host withdrawal fee is 0%. These are platform charges, not tax rates.
Enabling event registration is currently free. Premium event-type/visibility features are currently free. Promotions and other paid services show their own price before confirmation. The pricing page contains the current schedule.
Check the event, quantity, price, currency or Kran amount, cancellation terms and total before confirming. Any applicable tax must be distinguished from platform charges and disclosed before the charge; no extra amount becomes payable merely because it appears later in a policy. Accepted transaction terms and rates are retained with the transaction; later price changes apply to new purchases.
8Taxes and transaction records
Platform commission and other service charges are separate from any legally applicable VAT or duties. A free event or zero platform fee does not, by itself, establish a tax exemption. The applicable tax treatment depends on the actual supply, parties and their legal status; no fixed VAT rate or tax exemption is promised by these terms.
HayatHub remains responsible for its own applicable seller, invoicing, record-keeping and reporting duties. Hosts remain responsible for their own declarations, permitted activities and taxes on their earnings/supplies. Contractual deductions do not transfer statutory liability from one taxpayer to another, and a host payout does not automatically settle the host’s tax liabilities.
Wallet top-ups, reserved ticket credits, settled host earnings, platform fees and bank payouts are recorded separately. Moving Kran between these states is not a substitute for valuing and documenting the underlying transaction in its actual currency; holding funds does not by itself determine taxable revenue.
9Cancellations & refunds
For an ordinary attendee cancellation allowed by the event’s accepted cancellation window, the recorded cancellation fee applies (currently 5%). Event cancellation by the host entitles affected attendees to a refund of the amounts paid for that event. The ordinary cancellation fee must not override a mandatory right to a full refund.
Where the statutory withdrawal right under Articles 37–38 of the Iranian Electronic Commerce Law applies, the consumer has at least seven working days to withdraw without a penalty or a reason. For services, its start depends on contract conclusion and receipt of the required information. Statutory exceptions must be assessed for the actual service; a valid withdrawal requires refund of the amount received without a cancellation charge and as promptly as required by law.
Consumer withdrawal, non-performance and refund rights under applicable Iranian law take priority over an event’s rules or a “non-refundable” label. Eligibility and any lawful exception depend on the service and its performance; this policy does not declare all dated events exempt. Contact support to exercise a statutory right or dispute a deduction.
Registration refunds ordinarily return to the wallet used for the purchase. This internal process does not replace a cash refund where law requires one. Cash refund requests are reviewed against the original payment and beneficiary evidence; provider/bank processing time is separate from platform review.
10Receipts, tax invoices and billing identity
A payment confirmation, wallet statement, PDF receipt or accounting CSV from HayatHub is not, on its own, an electronic tax invoice registered in Samaneh Moadian or evidence of a tax filing. The current accounting export is a review record, not an automatic submission to the Iranian tax authority.
For a required tax invoice or correction, contact support with your transaction reference. Supply accurate billing identity and, where required for your buyer type, national/company identifier, economic number, address and postal code through the designated account controls. Do not send card passwords or verification codes. Any official invoice must follow the applicable issuance, correction/return and registration process; no tax credit or acceptance is guaranteed by downloading a receipt.
11Host earnings & payouts
After the event ends, eligible registrations are settled and applicable commission/refunds are reconciled. You may request withdrawal of settled earnings once the balance reaches 1000 Kran. The current withdrawal fee is 0%; the request shows the net currency amount and applicable quote before approval.
Payouts require the requested identity, mobile and bank-account ownership checks. For Iranian bank payouts, the saved national-code and Sheba/mobile verification evidence is used to check the destination. Any charge for a repeated verification must be separately shown and accepted.
A request or administrative approval is not a bank transfer. The payout is completed only after transfer confirmation. Review, banking availability, refunds or a documented dispute can delay a payout; contact support for its status. Holds and deductions must have a contractual or legal basis and remain open to challenge.
12Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any law or run an event that is illegal, deceptive, or unsafe.
- Post false, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
- Commit fraud, launder money, or process payments that are not for a genuine event.
- Send spam, distribute malware, or scrape the platform.
- Interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
13Your content & intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you submit (event descriptions, images, messages). You grant HayatHub a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. The HayatHub platform, brand, and software remain our property and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
14Suspension & termination
You may request account closure through support or the available account controls. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unlawful events or material breaches. Closure does not automatically forfeit purchased credit, settled earnings, refund rights or outstanding obligations; lawful holds and dispute resolution still apply. Required financial evidence may remain after account closure as explained in the privacy policy.
15Disclaimers
Hosts are responsible for event delivery, safety, permits and the accuracy of their event information. HayatHub is responsible for its own platform and payment services and any duties imposed on it by law. Service interruptions may occur; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies or liability for our own unlawful conduct.
16Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, mandatory refunds, misuse of personal information or responsibility imposed on HayatHub as seller/service provider. A host’s performance obligations do not eliminate an attendee’s legal claims against the responsible party.
17Changes to these terms
We publish material changes with a revised date and notice appropriate to the change. They do not retrospectively change completed charges or remove accrued rights. Where a new agreement or separate consent is required, continued use alone is not a substitute for it.
18Governing law
For services supplied by the Iranian operator, Iranian law applies, including applicable electronic-commerce, consumer, tax and data-related requirements. Contact support first with your event/payment reference and requested remedy. This does not prevent a complaint to the competent authority or a claim before a legally competent court; no mandatory private arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed.
