Question 1

What is HayatHub?

Accepted Answer

HayatHub is a multilingual event platform for both attendees and organizers. You can discover events, register for free or paid experiences, create and publish your own events, manage attendees, follow hosts, collect reviews, and grow a community around your activities.

Question 2

Is it free to join and use HayatHub?

Accepted Answer

Creating an account, browsing events, and creating an event page are free. Organizers set the price of attendance, including free tickets. Enabling registration, promotions, and event options can have separate organizer fees. Check Pricing for current tool prices and review the amount shown before confirming.

Question 3

Which languages does HayatHub support?

Accepted Answer

HayatHub supports English, Persian, and Arabic. Use the language selector in the header to switch the interface language. Persian and Arabic use right-to-left layouts, and platform numbers and dates follow the selected language.

Question 4

How do I find an event that suits me?

Accepted Answer

Open Events to browse current listings, use search and filters to narrow the results, or switch to the map to explore events by location. Event pages bring the schedule, venue, organizer, capacity, price, media, and registration terms together so you can decide with confidence.

Question 5

How do I register for an event?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open the event page, and choose registration. Review the schedule, selected day or session if offered, capacity, deadline, price, and organizer questions. Free registrations have no attendee charge, but may remain pending if organizer approval is required. For paid registrations, the displayed Kran amount is reserved in your wallet until settlement.

Question 6

What happens when an event is full?

Accepted Answer

If the organizer enables a waitlist and it has room, you can join it. For paid events, the ticket amount is reserved while you wait and remains reserved if you receive a seat, until settlement. Reserved credits are returned in full if you withdraw, are declined, or your unfilled waitlist entry expires.

Question 7

Can I cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

Open your registration and check whether cancellation is available. Confirmed and approved seats cannot be self-cancelled after registration closes; paid seats also follow the cancellation deadline. The registration dialog shows the refund and cancellation fee before confirmation. Pending approval requests and waitlist entries can be withdrawn with reserved credits returned in full.

Question 8

How do I create and publish an event?

Accepted Answer

From My Events, start Create event and follow the guided wizard. Add the core details, dates and times, map location, host information, media, discovery settings, privacy, and registration options. Your progress can remain as a draft until the event is ready for review or publication.

Question 9

What kinds of events can I host?

Accepted Answer

HayatHub supports personal, professional, cultural, learning, sports, and community events, with free or paid attendance and single-day or multi-day schedules. Organizers can configure registration, capacity, waitlists, and event access. Private events and viewing passwords are available; some registration and event options may carry a fee listed on Pricing.

Question 10

How do organizers manage registrations and attendees?

Accepted Answer

The event dashboard shows confirmed, pending, waitlisted, cancelled, and refunded registrations. Depending on the event settings, the host can review requests, admit or decline people from the waitlist, monitor capacity, review revenue insights, and keep event information up to date.

Question 11

Can I increase my event's visibility?

Accepted Answer

Organizers can buy time-limited promotions and spotlight or urgency badges with Kran credits. Select an option and duration, then review the total before activation. When an eligible purchased boost is cancelled early, credits for unused whole days are returned to the wallet. Finished boosts and free administrator grants do not receive this refund.

Question 12

What are Kran credits and how do I get them?

Accepted Answer

Kran is HayatHub's internal credit unit. Top up your wallet through an available payment gateway in your region, then use the credits for paid event registration or optional platform features. Your wallet separates available, reserved, and earned credits so each movement is clear.

Question 13

How do paid events and organizer earnings work?

Accepted Answer

The organizer sets the registration price in Kran credits. Paid registrations reserve attendee credits until settlement after the event. The platform commission is then deducted and the rest becomes a separate organizer earnings balance. Earnings can be withdrawn subject to the current minimum and withdrawal fee shown on Pricing; purchased spending credits are not earnings.

Question 14

How are refunds handled if a registration or event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

For attendee cancellations, the event's published deadline and cancellation terms determine the refund; the exact result is shown before confirmation. If the host cancels the event, unsettled paid registrations are cancelled and their held credits are returned to attendees. Refund activity is recorded in the wallet history.

Question 15

How do profiles, follows, reviews, and notifications work?

Accepted Answer

Your profile helps others understand your interests and activity. You can follow organizers, save events, and review eligible events and hosts. Notification settings let you choose which event, social, registration, wallet, and support updates you receive through the available channels.

Question 16

How does HayatHub protect private events and account access?

Accepted Answer

Private and password-protected events are excluded from public event listings. Viewing access follows the event settings: a password-protected event must be unlocked, and other published unlisted events require sign-in. Account security options are available under Settings. Sharing a link does not remove the event's access requirements.

Question 17

What should I do if I need more help?

Accepted Answer

Visit the Support Center to search detailed guidance or create a support ticket. Include the event or transaction involved, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot when useful. For general questions, partnerships, or feedback, you can also use the Contact page.
