Parties and event identification
This agreement is between the accepting organizer account and Seyed Ali Mousavi Fazel, operating HayatHub personally. The account and event references shown with this agreement identify its organizer and subject. Provide accurate identity and billing details and confirm your authority to bind the organizer. Account verification does not certify permits or tax registration.
Services covered
HayatHub provides event presentation, online registration, payment collection, internal wallet records and settlement processing under the accepted financial schedule. The organizer provides the advertised event. Receiving collections through HayatHub alone does not determine the legal seller or tax invoice issuer; those responsibilities follow the actual supply, law and documented tax arrangement.
Organizer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate event information, prices and cancellation disclosures, necessary permits, venue access, safety, capacity, schedule and delivering the services promised to attendees. Promptly notify attendees of material changes and respond to legitimate questions, complaints and refund requests. Do not use another person’s identity or bank account without valid authority.
Attendee funds, settlement and Kran
Attendee payments are held in the platform’s accounting records until the event’s settlement conditions are met. After the event ends, eligible net proceeds become organizer earnings after the saved platform commission. Purchased wallet credits and promotional bonuses are distinct from withdrawable event earnings. Kran is an internal accounting unit, not a statement of tax exemption or a guaranteed bank deposit. The recorded real-currency transaction, exchange rate and fees remain the monetary reference; Iranian bank payments are in rials and 1 toman equals 10 rials.
Fees and the accepted financial schedule
The financial schedule displayed here is part of this event’s acceptance. It distinguishes activation, ticket commission, eligible attendee cancellation, top-up and withdrawal fees and the minimum withdrawal. Paid activation is charged at most once per organizer and event under the current entitlement rules. Percentage deductions may round up to whole Kran as disclosed by the payment calculation. Review the individual quote before each charge. New material terms require renewed acceptance for new registrations; existing registrations retain their recorded terms.
Withdrawal and verification
Withdrawals are requested separately from available event earnings. The withdrawal clickwrap records the amount, fee, conversion rate, rial transfer amount and the saved verified destination for that request. Only supported payout accounts may be used; Iranian payouts require the saved mobile, national-code and Sheba ownership checks. Approval is followed by transfer processing and confirmation, not an immediate promise of receipt. Any separately chargeable verification service requires its own disclosed fee acceptance. Event earnings become available after event completion and the platform’s recorded settlement conditions. Withdrawal requires a separate request, sufficient available earnings and a supported verified account. The exact net amount, rate and fees are shown before acceptance. No fixed number of business days is promised unless an explicit service commitment is displayed; bank processing, unresolved disputes and verification can affect timing. Any legally required withholding must be documented, not inferred from this agreement.
Cancellation, refunds and promotional cashback
Publish accurate cancellation deadlines before registration and promptly disclose cancellation, postponement or material changes. Cooperate with attendee remedies, refunds and documented payment disputes. The ordinary attendee cancellation fee applies only where the saved registration terms and law allow it; it does not authorize withholding a mandatory refund for non-delivery. Refunds and returned earnings follow their recorded ledger entries. Promotional cashback is separate from a refund and is subject to the disclosed offer, eligibility, cap and rounding; it does not itself become withdrawable organizer earnings. No extra deduction may be invented by this agreement.
Complaints, violations and disputed settlement
False information, an unperformed or materially changed event, a documented payment dispute, suspected fraud or a binding legal instruction may require review and proportionate suspension of the affected registration or disputed settlement. HayatHub should communicate the reason, affected amount and information required unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise a lawful investigation. You can provide evidence and request review through support with the event or withdrawal reference. Undisputed obligations remain accounted for; suspension does not transfer ownership of funds or authorize undisclosed forfeiture. Unresolved disputes may be referred to competent Iranian authorities without waiving mandatory rights.
Attendee data, evidence and retention
Use attendee data only for event delivery, necessary support and lawful accounting; unrelated marketing requires its own valid permission. We retain a versioned copy of the accepted text, fee schedule, account and event references, server acceptance time, document hash and limited request evidence for contract, accounting and dispute purposes. Saved acceptances are not rewritten by later profile edits or deleted events. Records are access controlled and retained subject to applicable retention duties and legitimate dispute needs, as explained in the privacy policy. Do not include full bank or identity numbers in public event descriptions.
Start, termination and surviving obligations
This event agreement starts when you explicitly accept it and applies to registration and settlement for the identified event. Account closure, event deletion, suspension or ending cooperation does not erase existing bookings, refunds, earned fees, outstanding settlement, confidentiality or lawful record-retention duties. New registrations may stop when the service is unavailable or cooperation ends; remaining amounts are reconciled and settled to a supported verified account after applicable lawful deductions and dispute review. Termination does not create a new cancellation charge or permit indefinite confiscation of funds.
Changes and renewed acceptance
Material changes to the agreement or financial schedule are presented before a new acceptance is requested for new registrations. The new version, fees and acceptance time are recorded separately. Previously accepted records and existing attendee registration terms are not rewritten retroactively. A changed withdrawal amount, destination, fee or expired quote must be reviewed and accepted again before a new request. Continued browsing alone is not acceptance.
Iranian taxes, invoices and Samaneh Moadian
Each party must meet the registration, income-tax, VAT, invoicing and recordkeeping duties that legally apply to its actual activity. Free events, wallet credits, a payout or a zero platform fee do not automatically create an exemption. Platform service fees and event proceeds must be identifiable separately, and any applicable tax must be supported by the proper issuer, taxable base and valid invoice rather than an assumed percentage. Provide accurate legal and billing identifiers when required. An internal wallet receipt, agreement reference, settlement report or bank reference is not a tax invoice registered in Samaneh Moadian unless the required tax identifier and successful submission are actually recorded. Where a documented agency/commission arrangement applies, its tax treatment and any required registration must be established separately; clicking this agreement does not register that arrangement or transfer statutory tax obligations.
Electronic acceptance, changes and disputes
The initially unchecked acceptance box and explicit acceptance action record your affirmative agreement. The record is evidence of electronic acceptance; HayatHub does not claim that a checkbox is a certified secure electronic signature or a tax-authority approval. Contact HayatHub for corrections, complaints or reconciliation, quoting the receipt reference. Applicable Iranian law and competent authorities govern mandatory legal issues. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer, refund, tax or data-protection rights. Acceptance records are retained for restricted administrator management, audit and follow-up; there is no organizer archive or download section. You can contact support with the event or withdrawal reference about an acceptance or to request information subject to applicable rights and identity checks.
